1. Use of Service

Vividly provides AI-generated, photorealistic interior design renders. You upload a photo of a room, choose one of our design styles, and the Service returns redesigned renders of your space, typically in under 30 seconds.

You agree not to submit:

• Illegal content
• Nudity or sexual content
• Copyrighted material you do not have the right to use
• Harmful or abusive content
• Photos of people or property you do not have the right to upload, modify, or redesign

The Service is a design visualization tool. You are solely responsible for how you use the renders it generates, including obtaining any professional advice or permissions needed before undertaking real-world renovations. We may refuse service for violations.

2. Payments

Payments for paid plans are processed by secure third-party services (Stripe). We do not store your payment details.

3. AI Output Disclaimer

AI design renders are generated automatically.

We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy or realism of any render
• That a render reflects an achievable or structurally feasible real-world result
• That colors, materials, dimensions, or furnishings shown are accurate or available
• Any particular design or renovation outcome

AI output is provided for inspiration and visualization purposes only. Always verify important details with a qualified professional before relying on them.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the room photos you upload. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process that content solely for generating design renders and operating the Service.

Renders you generate on the Designer plan are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. Commercial use — including client work, resale, redistribution, or use in marketing or published materials — requires an active Pro plan, which includes a commercial-use license.

All website content, branding, and AI models belong to Vividly.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Data loss
• Service interruptions
• Inaccurate or unrealistic AI renders
• Any consequences of how you use the renders, including renovation, purchasing, or other real-world decisions based on them

Use the service at your own risk.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate service access for violations of these Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction unless otherwise specified.

8. Plans, Trials & Billing

8.1 Plans and Subscription Service

Vividlyoffers paid Designer ($12.99 per month) and Pro ($29.99 per month) plans, each starting with a 3‑day trial. By starting a plan, you obtain access to certain features and content ("Subscription") on a recurring, automatically renewing basis until cancelled.

8.2 3‑Day Trial

Each paid plan starts with a 3‑day trial ("Trial"). You are not charged at the start of the Trial and are granted full access to the Subscription during the Trial period. A valid payment method is required to start the Trial. Every plan is backed by a 7‑day money‑back guarantee.

8.3 Automatic Conversion to Paid Subscription

Unless you cancel your Subscription before the end of the Trial, your Subscription will automatically convert to a paid, recurring Subscription at the then‑current price (for example, $12.99 per month for the Designer plan) at the end of the Trial. On that date, and on each subsequent billing date, you authorize us and our payment processor (such as Stripe, Apple Pay, or Google Pay) to charge the payment method on file for the applicable subscription fee until you cancel.

8.4 Recurring Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis (or as otherwise disclosed at checkout). Your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it in accordance with Section 8.5. We may change the subscription price from time to time; any change will be communicated to you in advance and will take effect on your next billing cycle unless you cancel before that date.

8.5 How to Cancel

You may cancel your Subscription at any time by visiting your account page at https://ai-interiordesign.com or by contacting our support at support@ai-interiordesign.com. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will continue to have access to the Subscription until that time. You must cancel at least 24 hours before the end of your Trial or current billing period to avoid being charged for the next period.

8.6 No Refunds

Payments are non‑refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used billing periods, except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise in writing by us. Following any cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Subscription through the end of your paid billing period.

8.7 Failed Payments & Suspension

If a payment is declined or cannot be processed, we may attempt to re‑process the charge. If payment remains unsuccessful, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Subscription until payment is successfully processed. We are not responsible for any fees or charges imposed on you by your bank or payment provider in connection with our processing of your payments.

8.8 Promotions and Changes

Any promotional offers, discounts, or free trial extensions are temporary and subject to change. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Subscription (in whole or in part) upon reasonable notice, provided that such changes will not apply retroactively to billing periods you have already paid for.
