When you use Vividly, you upload a photo of a room and pick one of our 20+ design styles. These uploads are used exclusively to generate your photorealistic redesign renders.

Critical Privacy Protection: Your room photos are used solely to generate the redesign you requested — we never use them to identify anyone, and we recommend removing or cropping out any people, faces, documents, or other personal details visible in the room before uploading. Generated designs are saved to your account history so you can revisit and download your renders, and you may request immediate deletion of your uploads and history at any time via support@ai-interiordesign.com.

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect:

• Email address
• Name (optional)
• Payment information for the Designer and Pro subscriptions (processed securely by third-party providers like Stripe - we never store card details)
