Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Vividly Designer ($12.99/mo) or Pro ($29.99/mo) subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will keep full access to unlimited AI room redesigns, 4K renders, and all design styles until that date. If you cancel during your 3-day trial, you will not be charged. Every plan is also backed by a 7-day money-back guarantee, so if it is not the right fit you can request a full refund within 7 days of your first charge.

Refund Policy

Vividly is a fully digital service — there are no physical goods to return. Payments for partially used billing periods are non-refundable; refunds are considered for billing errors, duplicate charges, or documented technical failures that prevented use of the service.
